RIP Off

Last night I decided to treat my daughter with a surprise trip to the cinema.

As soon as I finished work, I went straight to pick her up from holiday club (it was her first day of October half term). My daughter has been talking about Ninjago Lego movie ever since she saw the advert on 📺 television.

Had a nasty shock when I was told ticket prices have gone up. I paid £21.25 for 1 adult and 1 child at Odeon cinema. I felt RIPPED OFF as we haven’t seen a blockbuster movie for more than 6 months.

Luckily I managed the kids salted popcorn 🍿 using the Odeon points or else another £1.80 added to my slightly dented cash 💰 flow.

We and another mum with 2 boys were the only ones watching Ninjago Lego movie at 6pm on a Thursday night.
